Pride, gratification and loyalty for 2014

At the beginning of a new year, it is a great time to reflect on where our past has taken us and what

our future holds. I have been with Trigard for 15 years, and it has been a delight watching the company grow. Since my first day, I have believed no one could compete with the products that we carry or our commitment to our customers. And I still believe that today.

One thing that has not changed throughout my time with Trigard is the gratification from a thank you. We take great pride in our work and being able to help you provide a lasting tribute to someone's cherished family member. 

In 2014, resolve to cherish those in your life, whether it is family members or customers, and take pride in what you do. It will make a difference.

The long reach of small gestures

Lamontagne Burial Vault, Manchaug, Mass., recently asked us to design a custom Appliqué® for a funeral director that died. Dave Lamontagne chose one of our custom backdrops that he thought the family would like. We'll let him tell the rest of the story in his own words.

"Little did I know that the deceased funeral director collected lighthouses and visited as many as he could during the last year of his life. He even got a tattoo of a lighthouse on his arm as part of his 'bucket list.' Many of the family and other funeral directors were amazed and in tears over the image. I can't stress enough how pleased we are with the attention and service we receive from all the people at Trigard. You treat us like we treat our funerals, as part of your family."
